About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team at Inter. This role focuses on building and maintaining the technology that powers our Super App, serving millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

→Configure objects, fields and native automations (Flow, Process Builder)
→Develop customizations in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
→Create reports and dashboards for business teams
→Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems
→Apply version control (Git/SFDX) and participate in CI/CD pipelines
→Monitor logs, performance and Salesforce environment governance
→Document changes and maintain data consistency
→Participate in refinement sessions, propose solutions and conduct code reviews

Requirements

✓Completed degree in technology field
✓Experience with Salesforce platform
✓Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous development patterns, event-driven architecture and platform governor limits
✓Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience or Field Service) and integrations via middleware
✓Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines
✓Experience with agile methodologies
✓Availability for on-site work
