About the Role

We are looking for Salesforce Developers to join our team at Inter. This role focuses on building and maintaining the technology that powers our Super App, serving millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

→Configure objects, fields and native automations (Flow, Process Builder)
→Develop customizations in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
→Create reports and dashboards for business teams
→Design and develop synchronous (REST/SOAP) and asynchronous integrations
→Apply version control (Git/SFDX) and participate in CI/CD pipelines
→Monitor logs, performance and Salesforce environment governance
→Document changes and maintain data consistency
→Participate in refinement sessions, propose solutions and conduct code reviews

Requirements

✓Completed degree in technology field
✓Experience with Salesforce
✓Strong command of Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous development patterns, event-driven architecture and platform limits
✓Experience with multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience or Field Service) and integrations via Middleware
✓Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines
✓Experience with agile methodologies
✓Availability for on-site work
