About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to join our US Growth team at Inter. This role focuses on developing and managing acquisition strategies for qualified account openings in Brazil, Argentina, and the USA markets.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and track the acquisition funnel
→Implement Martech projects including CRM, tagging, and hyper-personalization
→Monitor product improvements and performance evolution
→Manage paid media investments
→Coordinate improvements and playbook for performance tests, SEO, ASO, and GEO
→Manage a high-performance team

Requirements

✓Experience with performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.)
✓Experience with MMP (appsflyer or adjust), Digital Analytics (GA4), CRM integrations
✓Knowledge of Tableau and SQL
✓Strong analytical ability to solve problems in different scenarios
✓Communication and influence skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
✓Adaptability in dynamic environments
✓Proven experience leading high-performance teams
✓Advanced/Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish
✓Availability for on-site work in São Paulo/SP or Belo Horizonte/MG
