About the Role

Join Inter's Global Treasury & Credit Operations team and work directly with international financial operations, ensuring efficiency, security, and operational excellence in our processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute back-office operational routines focused on international operations.
→Process, settle, and reconcile operations with TVM, credit/debit cards, foreign exchange, digital accounts, and credit products.
→Calculate currency exposure of operations, monitor risks, and propose mitigation actions.
→Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards.
→Act as a link between internal departments (compliance, accounting, treasury, legal) and international partners.
→Support audits and inspections with operational documentation and information.
→Participate in the structuring of new international financial flows and products.
→Develop management reports and performance indicators for the area.

Requirements

✓Completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
✓Proven experience in back-office operations of financial institutions, with a focus on financial products.
✓Solid knowledge of TVM, credit cards, personal credit, and related products.
✓Advanced English (reading, writing, and conversation).
✓Applied accounting and financial knowledge to operational routines.
✓Experience with international financial operations and account management abroad.
✓Experience with currency exposure calculation and control.
✓Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP, banking platforms, etc.).
