About the Role
Join our UX team at Inter and contribute to creating digital experiences that impact 2.5 million corporate clients. You'll have the opportunity to enhance your autonomy in complex projects, developing a more strategic design vision while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct qualitative user research, performing interviews and usability tests independently
- →Create and prototype solutions by developing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- →Apply and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency and quality in interfaces
- →Present solutions to stakeholders, defending design decisions with solid arguments
- →Monitor implementations by performing handoffs and validating deliveries in staging
- →Contribute to processes by proposing improvements based on practical experience and actively participating in design initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Experience in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments
- ✓Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, handoffs)
- ✓Knowledge of information architecture and Design Systems
- ✓Clear communication and presentation skills
- ✓Organization and attention to detail
- ✓Proactiveness to seek support when needed
- ✓Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- ✓Interest in connecting design with business results
Desirable qualifications:
- ✓Intermediate English proficiency
- ✓Experience in publicly traded companies
