About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join the Corporate Records team at Inter. This role focuses on managing products related to investor customer registration and executing back-office cadastral routines, ensuring operational excellence, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as Product Owner for onboarding and cadastral maintenance products, defining roadmap, prioritizing features, and managing backlog
- →Execute back-office operational routines for investor customer registration
- →Ensure data quality and integrity in B3 systems
- →Structure KYC processes and controls for regulatory compliance
- →Lead initiatives to improve registration journey and investor customer experience
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Products, Operations, PLD, Legal, CX/UX)
- →Implement solutions to reduce cadastral inconsistencies and system divergences
- →Monitor and optimize KPIs such as registration funnel, registration volume, onboarding lead time, and investment onboarding NPS
- →Analyze registration-related support volume to identify improvement opportunities
- →Process customer change requests for registration and documentation
Requirements
