About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Integrations Strategy to join interface.ai. This role focuses on transforming integrations from a technical function into a product-driven competitive advantage, building and managing integration packages, and defining segment-specific integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- βTransform integrations from a technical function into a product-driven competitive advantage
- βBuild and manage integration packages for specific customer segments
- βDefine segment-specific integration strategies
- βEvaluate, prioritize, and manage the integration roadmap
- βDesign certification and testing programs for integration quality
- βInfluence go-to-market strategy through integration capabilities
- βDefine integration architecture for new product lines
Requirements
- β7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in integrations, platform partnerships, or API products
- βExperience building integration packages, partner ecosystems, or API programs
- βTechnical ability to evaluate banking APIs, contact center integrations, and data exchange protocols
- βUnderstanding of how segment-specific integration needs map to business opportunity
- βExperience with packaging capabilities into customer-ready offerings
- βTrack record of influencing GTM strategy through product capabilities
- βAI-native workflow: building with AI daily
