About the Role

We are seeking an Information Security Specialist to join IKEA Supply's Information Security and Data Privacy (ISDP) team. This role focuses on implementing information security and data privacy strategies for IKEA Supply and IKEA, with a primary focus on cyber security.

Key Responsibilities

→Assess business impact and risks related to information security; agree and monitor remediation plans
→Be the expert in one or more fields of information security to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents
→Support implementation of the Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards and best practices for information security and business continuity
→Be the backup (and future successor) of our Agile Delivery Lead, focusing on Agile rituals supported by Jira
→Act as an ambassador of IKEA values
→Work closely with peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA to strengthen the IKEA franchise offer

Requirements

✓2-3 years of work experience in information security or related field
✓Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the field of information security
✓Background in cyber security with understanding of technical concepts
✓Ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization
✓Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
