About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Sweep Team at IntraFi. This role involves collaborating with engineers and product owners to ensure quality through manual and automated testing techniques. You will work in cross-functional Agile scrum teams to maintain quality throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and user expectations
- →Drive quality in the Agile development cycle by participating in sprint planning and defining testable acceptance criteria
- →Create and maintain automated tests to enhance efficiency and test coverage
- →Conduct exploratory and manual testing to uncover bugs and usability issues
- →Identify and test functional edge cases that challenge system boundaries
- →Work with offshore QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality test execution
- →Validate data integrity through SQL queries and database-level tests
- →Test across various platforms and services including APIs, encryption systems, and databases
- →Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery
- →Participate in an on-call rotation to support live systems
- →Focus on user experience, performance, and system security in all QA activities
Requirements
- ✓Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows and productivity
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile QA environments
- ✓Strong communication skills for crafting test plans and documentation
- ✓Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Playwright, Selenium, and API testing tools
- ✓Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, and Angular
- ✓Knowledge of PL/SQL and experience with Oracle databases
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and monitoring platforms
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- ✓Experience with AWS is a plus
- ✓Prior experience working with offshore teams is a plus
