About the Role
IntusCare is seeking a Data Engineer to support their end-to-end ecosystem for PACE programs. This role involves maintaining a legacy population health analytics product and taking full-stack responsibility for the associated application.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide end-to-end ownership of a legacy population health analytics product
- →Own, operate, and maintain a production analytics product including data ingestion and transformation
- →Build, maintain, and debug backend data pipelines using Airflow, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airbyte
- →Take full-stack responsibility for the analytics application including backend services and frontend components
- →Handle all bug fixes, operational issues, and production incidents for the product
- →Investigate data quality issues and pipeline failures
- →Make pragmatic improvements to legacy codebases
- →Communicate clearly about system health and technical tradeoffs
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ✓1–4 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer
- ✓Proficiency in Python and experience with production data pipelines
- ✓Working knowledge of SQL and experience with databases
- ✓Exposure to backend or full-stack development including JavaScript and Node.js
- ✓Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React
- ✓Basic familiarity with modern data platforms and tools
- ✓Ability to debug unfamiliar and legacy systems
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
