About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our risk adjustment product. This role is ideal for someone with experience working on data products in the value-based care space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with design and engineering to shape the next generation of our risk adjustment platform.
- →Engage directly with clients to uncover pain points and translate insights into product improvements.
- →Collaborate across customer success, sales, and engineering to ensure our products meet market demands.
- →Define clear goals and KPIs to measure impact and drive value.
- →Develop high-quality documentation to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- ✓5-7 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in healthcare.
- ✓At least 3 years of experience working in Value-Based-Care (VBC) and financial analytics.
- ✓Ability to interface directly with customers and navigate ambiguity.
- ✓Comfort collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams.
- ✓Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- ✓Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- ✓Proficiency writing SQL queries, including multi-table joins and aggregations.
- ✓Familiarity with medical claims data is a plus.
