About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join IntusCare, a company revolutionizing healthcare through innovative technology. In this role, you will lead user-centered research to shape product direction and improve healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and own end-to-end UX research across multiple product areas
- →Partner with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering to influence product decisions
- →Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods
- →Combine research with product analytics to identify usage patterns
- →Define and track UX metrics that measure experience quality
- →Synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- →Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide design decisions
- →Establish and improve research processes, tools, and standards
- →Champion the user perspective across teams
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field
- ✓4+ years of experience conducting UX research in complex product environments
- ✓Proficiency in research frameworks and models
- ✓Experience using product analytics and telemetry tools
- ✓Strong grounding in user-centered design principles
- ✓Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research
- ✓Ability to synthesize research findings into compelling narratives
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating research rigor and impact
