About the Role
IntusCare is seeking a Data Migration Engineer to join our Data Migrations team. This role focuses on building high-quality, repeatable pipelines that move healthcare data with 100% accuracy, directly impacting customer workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and own ETL pipelines for healthcare data using Python and SQL
- →Implement robust data quality checks and monitoring for accurate migrations
- →Handle both one-off data requests and reusable data flows
- →Collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to resolve customer data issues
- →Contribute to internal standards and tools for faster, more reliable migrations
- →Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with peers
Requirements
- ✓6–8+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering
- ✓Prior experience with ETL/ELT workflows and production pipelines
- ✓Strong proficiency with Python and SQL
- ✓Experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR/EMR, HL7/FHIR)
- ✓Mindset focused on 100% correctness in regulated domains
- ✓Ability to work independently and make sound technical judgments
- ✓Comfortable collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders
