Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to assist Intus’ client delivery and product operation teams with data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting decision-making through insightful reporting. This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: - Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and risk consulting teams - Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing - Build and apply statistical prediction models to improve quality of care - Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams - Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs - Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices - Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or related field - 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis - 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation - High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, and Qlik - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Working knowledge of statistical and machine-learning models is a plus - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly What We Offer: - A chance to be a part of a trailblazing team in healthcare technology. - Competitive salary and equity package. - Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. - A collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $120-$140k. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. Final compensation will also include a variable component and stock options. Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
