About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead SDET to own the test automation architecture and quality engineering strategy across our EMR and platform services. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on designing scalable automation frameworks and embedding quality into platform and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright
- →Drive high automation coverage while balancing execution speed and maintainability
- →Define and own the quality engineering strategy across platform and product teams
- →Establish testing standards, patterns, and best practices aligned with system architecture
- →Lead performance, load, and scalability testing for critical workflows
- →Serve as the technical leader for SDET practices, mentoring SDETs
Requirements
- ✓Strong software engineering background with focus on test automation
- ✓Hands-on experience designing Playwright-based automation frameworks
- ✓Proven experience building test automation frameworks for distributed systems
- ✓Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for automation
