The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager of Real Estate to join our Global Real Estate and Site Services team. As a Senior Program Manager, youβll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the worldβs best quantum computers to solve the worldβs most complex problems.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting global real estate operations and lease management. Partners day to day with the VP of Global Real Estate and Site Services, ensuring department priorities and initiatives remain aligned with broader organizational goals. Manage leasing vendors across all locations in the global portfolio spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Responsibilities:
β’ Administer leases across 41+ locations, including document organization, critical date management, and coordination with legal and finance stakeholders
β’ Support global real estate operations including management of commercial real estate vendors.
β’ Assist in annual budget preparation across all sites.
β’ Lead cross-functional programs focused on department-wide process standardization initiatives
β’ Conduct space planning analyses, including consolidation studies and utilization reporting, for executive leadership presentation.
β’ Lease administration for all sites which includes tracking of critical dates and deadlines.
β’ Analyze real estate data to see trends and create analysis for leadership
Requirements:
β’ 10-15 years of professional experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
β’ Global Portfolio Experience
β’ Strong PowerPoint skillset
β’ Experience with site strategy presentations and executive communication
β’ Proficient in reading complex leases both international and domestic
β’ Strong customer service skills and experience in demanding environments

β’ BS or equivalent in working experience

β’ Dedication to timeliness and responsiveness
The approximate base salary range for this position is $128,445 - $167,497. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
