We are seeking a Senior TA Operations Program and Brand Manager to join the Global TA Operations team, to drive our TA Programs, Enablement, and Employer Brand and Listening. As the Senior TA Operations Program and Brand Manager, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems.
In this role, you will lead TA Program design and delivery, ensuring strong change management and successful adoption. You will build a globally standardized TA Playbook, with ongoing maintenance and enhancements. You will be responsible for creating multi-modal documentation to compliment the Playbook, including video tutorials, one pagers, and ongoing enablement sessions. This role will drive our talent branding efforts across our career site and talent communities, including nurture campaigns and associated data insights. You will own operational effectiveness and efficiency. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global TA Operations.
Responsibilities:
Process Design & Ownership
• Create and scale a global TA playbook, standardizing processes across the globe.
• Own Offer letter templates, job description library, and templates within the ATS and CRM.
• Partner with the People Programs team to strengthen the onboarding program for new hires across the TA and People organization.
• Identify gaps in the recruitment process and implement measurable automation and improvements in partnership with TA Systems.
• Lead the way in designing robust Internal Mobility & development - including a skills based career site - Intern, and Referral Programs.
• Drive proactive continuous improvement across our TA programs and processes.
Internal Enablement
• Design robust training for recruiters and hiring teams, to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle, as well as a positive internal hiring experience.
• Leverage predictive analytics to inform leadership of pipeline gaps, role or organization specific attrition, and general hiring trends.
Employer Brand Strategy
• Own our global Careers presence, translating IonQ’s DNA into our external sources, including career site, talent communities, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor.
• Partner with internal Brand and Marketing teams to align TA branding.
• Build a cohesive and engaging Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Requirements:
• 5+ years of TA or HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end global programs and partnering with TA or HR Organizations on process creation and enhancements
• Experience serving as an admin in a CRM and owning Talent Pools / Communities, and nurture campaigns
• Strong experience gathering insights from CRM and TA programs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing expectations and working effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, translating system workflows and specifics to all audiences
• Project management certification
• Experience working with technical and systems teams to implement operational processes
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing cross-organizational teams. Proven ability to influence and partner with leadership
The approximate base salary range for this position is $97,123 - $126,652. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.
Location: This position can work onsite or hybrid from one of our offices or fully remote in the US.

IonQ's HQ is located in College Park, Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. We are actively building out our recently opened manufacturing and production facility in Bothell, WA (near Seattle). Depending on the position, you may be required to be near one of our offices in College Park, Seattle, Toronto, Canada, and Basel, Switzerland.
