About the Role
Ironclad is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Customer Outcomes organization, working closely with leaders across Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales Engineering, and Technical Services. This role will serve as a key business partner to Customer Outcomes leadership, guiding investment decisions and providing financial insights to support customer adoption, growth, retention, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own financial planning and forecasting for the Customer Outcomes organization
- →Lead financial analysis and reporting for the Professional Services P&L
- →Support monthly forecasts and annual planning for Customer Outcomes functions
- →Partner with Corporate Finance on company forecasting related to Customer Outcomes investments
- →Provide data-driven insights to support resource allocation and investment prioritization
- →Develop reporting and dashboards for key operational and financial drivers
- →Analyze customer lifecycle economics including adoption, retention, and cost-to-serve
- →Build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and efficiency improvements
- →Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and financial systems
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
- ✓Ability to influence senior leaders and partner cross-functionally
- ✓Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with reporting frameworks
- ✓Proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
