About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join Ironclad, the leading AI contracting platform. You'll work cross-functionally to identify business problems and architect, build, and verify solutions that help lawyers scale their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and build features and systems
- →Partner with quality engineers to define and maintain testing strategy
- →Lead technical discussions and mentor other engineers
- →Grow teams by interviewing and recruiting talented engineers
- →Work on a modern stack including TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes
Requirements
- ✓At least 7+ years of software experience architecting and maintaining complex systems
- ✓Leadership across teams to improve technical architecture
- ✓Hands-on experience shipping products to production
- ✓Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
