Sr. Program Manager, Commercial
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Program Manager to drive operational excellence across the Commercial organization. This role will focus on building scalable processes, improving cross-functional workflows, and ensuring consistent operating rhythms that enable the business to execute effectively against revenue goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with pragmatic execution skills. They are highly organized, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, and skilled at translating business priorities into structured processes, clear metrics, and efficient workflows to increase speed, predictability, and efficiency.
This individual will work closely with commercial leadership to run our operating cadences, eliminate friction across cross-functional workflows, and build the infrastructure that lets the business scale.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Workflow Optimization
β’ Evaluate existing commercial workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce friction in partnership with the Commercial team
β’ Design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency
β’ Standardize documentation, handoffs, and communication channels to improve cross-functional alignment
β’ Reduce manual work and improve repeatability of core commercial processes
Metrics, Reporting & Insights
β’ Partner with Analytics to define and maintain key commercial metrics
β’ Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement
β’ Ensure leadership has clear visibility into pipeline health, performance against goals, and operational risks
β’ Translate data into actionable insights that support decision-making
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
β’ Drive alignment across Commercial and Operations teams
β’ Support execution of key commercial initiatives and strategic priorities
β’ Ensure dependencies are clearly identified and managed
β’ Help teams stay organized and focused on delivering outcomes
Continuous Improvement
β’ Identify structural issues that slow execution or create ambiguity
β’ Proactively propose solutions that improve clarity, accountability, and speed
β’ Build frameworks that scale with company growth
β’ Serve as a thought partner to commercial leadership on operational improvements
Commercial Operating Rhythm
β’ Support the execution of cadences across the Commercial organization, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and goal tracking
β’ Ensure agendas, priorities, and action items are clearly defined and followed through
β’ Identify opportunities to improve meeting effectiveness and decision-making clarity
β’ Help leadership maintain focus on highest-impact initiatives
Qualifications
Required
β’ 6β10 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy & operations, or commercial operations
β’ Demonstrated experience improving business processes and operational workflows
β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
β’ Experience working with leadership teams to drive execution against strategic priorities
β’ Strong analytical skills and comfort working with metrics and dashboards
β’ Excellent communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex topics clearly
β’ Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholders
β’ Experience supporting structured operating cadences
Preferred
β’ Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success organizations
β’ Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker)
β’ Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations
