About the Role
Ivalua is seeking a Director, HRBP AMER to provide strategic HR services and support to the North America region. This role will partner closely with managers and leaders to deliver customized HR solutions across talent management, organization design, engagement, culture, diversity, and compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across HR functions
- →Serve as the primary HRBP for all North America Region (Canada & USA)
- →Ensure compliance with global policies and employment laws
- →Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- →Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- →Support workforce planning, onboarding, and development initiatives
- →Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred with a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience
- ✓Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partner roles
- ✓Strong knowledge of North America labor laws and HR best practices
- ✓Experience in a global environment and supporting VP level clients
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience partnering with global executive leaders and other HRBPs
- ✓Strong business acumen and understanding of the business and financial conditions
- ✓Advanced degree or HR certification preferred
