About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead a team of six marketers at Pet Drugs Online, a leading UK online pet pharmacy and retailer. This hands-on leadership role will involve shaping customer journeys and driving marketing success across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage a team of six marketers across CRM, SEO, and Loyalty
- →Shape and deliver the new PDOL Loyalty Scheme in partnership with technology teams
- →Lead behavioral customer segmentation to create targeted, high-impact journeys
- →Oversee CRM and SEO plans, ensuring activity is data-driven and measurable
- →Manage the annual calendar of commercial and marketing campaigns
- →Work closely with Commercial, Ecommerce, Content, Customer Operations, and UX/UI to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns
- →Ensure all website content and UX aligns with campaign and brand standards
- →Act as the go-to marketing expert for sector trends, performance insights, and campaign innovation
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in an integrated consumer-facing marketing role (ecommerce experience essential)
- ✓Strong capability in CRM, SEO, brand, and social channels
- ✓Confident using GA4 and data insights to drive decisions
- ✓Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
- ✓Organised, structured, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- ✓Sharp commercial awareness and a love of problem-solving
- ✓A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
