IXL Learning is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves supporting a rapidly growing global customer base and promoting IXL's personalized learning products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing
- →Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads
- →Ensure timely processing of leads and support sales campaigns
- →Identify growth opportunities for the sales teams
- →Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree
- ✓Some customer service, inside sales or education experience
- ✓High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
- ✓Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
- ✓Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- ✓Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- ✓Understanding of web applications
- ✓Salesforce.com experience is a plus
- ✓Ability to accommodate various global time zones is a plus
