IXL Learning is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role involves conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, and supporting sales campaigns for their personalized learning products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing
- →Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads
- →Ensure timely processing of leads and support sales campaigns
- →Identify growth opportunities for the sales teams
- →Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree
- ✓1 year of customer service, inside sales or education experience
- ✓High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
- ✓Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
- ✓Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- ✓Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- ✓Understanding of web applications
- ✓Salesforce.com experience is a plus
- ✓Ability to accommodate various global time zones is a plus
