We are looking for a data-driven expert (2–5 years experience) to own our email strategy, focusing on lead generation and nurturing B2B decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs).

Key Responsibilities: ~Own Nurture: Plan and execute email campaigns and workflows for IT services. ~Drive Leads: Implement segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, and MQL/SQL criteria. ~Optimize Performance: Track KPIs (Conversions, MQLs/SQLs, CTR) and run A/B tests. ~Tech Stack: Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. ~Industry Focus: Must have experience in IT Services/IT Consulting.

Requirements Highlights: ~2–5 years B2B email experience (IT Services/Consulting). ~Strong understanding of the IT Buyer Journey. ~Proficiency with email automation and CRM platforms.
