About the Role
The Assistant Brand Manager for Instants is a key role in the Kenco brand team, contributing to all elements of the marketing mix. This position involves developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute the Kenco BTL activation plan across social, digital & shopper touchpoints
- →Serve as a 'brand guardian' for Kenco, working with external creative, shopper and media agency partners
- →Champion the brand and category, working with local and global stakeholders
- →Support range/portfolio management, including leadership of 'adaptation' projects
- →Track and analyze brand and portfolio performance
- →Ensure exceptional brand activation at point of sale
- →Manage the local marketing budget, tracking and reporting
- →Compile market and competitor reviews to inform plans
- →Support Instant team members in various activities
Requirements
- ✓Previous communications experience developing strategies and execution across social media, websites, digital and shopper
- ✓Experience with BTL activation and category growth initiatives
- ✓Strong understanding of product portfolio development and design
- ✓Ability to track and analyze brand performance
- ✓Experience working with marketing agencies
- ✓Budget management skills
