About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering a seamless order processing and customer service experience to all customers. The objective is to ensure that all orders and delivery-related issues are resolved promptly and accurately, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process customer orders according to target
- →Handle calls and enquiries daily according to defined service targets
- →Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer orders
- →Analyse service failures and recommend improvements
- →Handle customer complaints efficiently
- →Proactively inform customers of potential shortages
- →Process customer returns and queries
- →Maintain and update customer account data and master records
- →Evaluate external customer satisfaction and define improvement activities
- →Participate in SAP enhancements
Requirements
- ✓Ability to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- ✓Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- ✓Experience with order processing systems
- ✓Basic understanding of logistics and delivery coordination
- ✓Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems
