About the Role

Join the Shopper Marketing Direction at JDE, the key interface between marketing and sales teams. You will help transform JDE's strategy into concrete actions for the sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Support national client teams and the sales force in developing the coffee category
→Conduct category monitoring and market analysis to identify future development levers
→Participate in building category reviews for retailers, using all levers: marketing strategy, consumer insights, market data, CSR ambitions, and commercial priorities
→Contribute to the operational implementation of growth plans for the sales force in stores
→Share best practices with the global team and adapt global trade stories for the French market
→Provide strong arguments to support the resale of innovations and ranges to clients
→Ensure liaison with Bosch and Versuni partners to maximize synergy between commercial teams and machine/consumable promotional plans
→Integrate CSR commitments into all client-facing materials
→Create client scorecards illustrating the carbon impact of assortments
→Develop a carbon KPI for ranking the product portfolio
→Participate in various internal commercial meetings
