We are looking for a Growth Engineer to join our team at Jane. This role focuses on shaping the first experience prospective customers have with Jane, from website landing to first-time use. The position involves reducing friction, increasing clarity, and helping clinics get started with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve top-of-funnel experience by leading data-informed experimentation
- →Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to deliver initiatives that improve acquisition and early retention
- →Shape the technical direction of the Sign Up and Demo space
- →Mentor and coach developers, raising the technical bar
- →Champion a culture of experimentation and learning
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in software development at a senior or staff level
- ✓Experience in growth engineering or experimentation-driven environments
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Hands-on technical depth with code review and architectural guidance
