About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support our Sales & Marketing team. This role will drive initiatives forward, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure momentum across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and drive them to completion
- →Coordinate cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and leadership
- →Track campaign performance and ensure milestones are met
- →Identify risks and proactively remove blockers to maintain velocity
- →Oversee day-to-day operational flow of the sales team
- →Ensure continuity of pipeline movement when team members are traveling
- →Maintain reporting cadence and pipeline hygiene
- →Maintain task accountability, deadlines, and ownership clarity
- →Run weekly standups and status updates
- →Standardize workflows and improve process efficiency
Requirements
- ✓4–7 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or similar role
- ✓Experience supporting a sales team in a B2B environment
- ✓Strong understanding of GTM strategy and sales funnel mechanics
- ✓Highly proficient in Trello (or similar project management tools)
- ✓Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- ✓Ability to operate independently and proactively
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
