About the Role
We are looking for an Integrated Producer to join our EMEA team at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. You will be the day-to-day engine behind our entertainment accounts, focusing on large-scale organic social retainers.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive projects from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
- βWork closely with Client Management to align expectations and lead status updates
- βTake ownership of budget tracking, managing POs and reconciling invoices
- βPartner with Resource Management to cast the right internal or freelance talent
- βManage multi-platform content workflows for organic social and paid media
- βImplement structured workflows to improve production processes
- βAct as a real-time fixer to solve production challenges
Requirements
- β2-3 years of experience within a digital marketing, creative, or production agency
- βProficiency with project management software tools and Google Sheets
- βBudgeting & Commercial Acumen β Ability to track costs and reconcile expenses
- βFamiliarity with digital/video formats and software like Figma, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
- βExperience working cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with external partners
