About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. This role involves managing the onboarding of new clients and execution of ongoing projects for a portfolio of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain basic project control and meet all project control measurements for assigned projects
- →Manage the financial and workflow aspects of several Paid Media projects including CX, SEO, and web development
- →Ensure the financial and client health of each project, escalating risks to senior team members
- →Manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities
- →Identify systemic delivery issues to senior project managers
- →Communicate with company partners on project teams for daily delivery
- →Implement project management, technology and AI tools for clients
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a project management role at a marketing, advertising or related agency
- ✓Experience establishing scopes, creating delivery schedules, developing estimates, managing budgets, and securing internal resourcing
- ✓Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets
- ✓Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with external partners
- ✓Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone effects and communicating with international marketers
- ✓CAPM or PMP certifications advantageous
