About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Data Analyst to join Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of user access and master data across finance systems, with a focus on ERP platforms like Sage.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse and manage finance master data across ERP platforms including Sage, TMS, and Jellyfish Buy
- →Identify, extract, cleanse, validate, and maintain key finance data sets
- →Own master data creation and maintenance in Sage for customers, vendors, and bank accounts
- →Design and maintain processes for finance master data governance and maintenance
- →Manage user access across finance systems, including onboarding, offboarding, and quarterly audits
Requirements
- ✓At least one year of experience in data management, preferably with financial or ERP master data
- ✓Ability to assess data quality, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy across data sets
- ✓Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- ✓Interest in finance-related data and ERP systems
- ✓Ability to generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods to automate processes
- ✓Collaborative problem-solving approach
