About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join Jellyfish’s Cloud and Martech practice. This role focuses on designing and delivering advanced measurement, modeling, and predictive analytics solutions to improve client performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and generate actionable recommendations.
- →Apply and explain data science methodologies such as Geo-based experiments, Media Mix Models, Causal Impact Studies, and Incrementality testing.
- →Develop and implement predictive and causal models that improve media performance, customer experiences, and revenue outcomes.
- →Build reproducible analytical workflows and create repeatable frameworks that scale across clients and markets.
- →Translate model outputs into compelling narratives through visualizations, dashboards, and structured readouts.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a quantitative discipline.
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- ✓Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
- ✓Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media channels and measurement frameworks.
- ✓Experience working with datasets from tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Amazon Marketing Cloud, ADH, or Meta.
- ✓Familiarity with MMM, incrementality testing, attribution models, or causal inference techniques.
- ✓Curiosity and initiative to improve, automate, and scale analytical work.
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills to explain complex methods to non-technical stakeholders.
- ✓Exposure to machine learning concepts (hands-on experience is a plus).
