About the Role
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead JFrog’s sales development team in APAC. This role involves building and enabling successful Sales Development teams through clear vision, structure, processes, and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the inbound & outbound sales development team to turn leads into opportunities and over-achieve targets
- →Hire, train, and mentor reps on outreach tactics, time management, objection handling, and prospecting
- →Build efficient processes to identify and research target companies
- →Drive operational excellence through process innovation and incentives
- →Maintain ongoing analysis, forecasting, and reporting of team performance
- →Partner with stakeholders to optimize strategy and execution at all stages of prospect engagement
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of progressive experience in Tech B2B quota-bearing sales roles
- ✓3+ years as an Outbound Sales Development Manager of a team of at least 5 reps
- ✓Experience working in deep-tech companies, preferably in Dev-Tech or Cybersecurity
- ✓Experience with a modern SDR tech stack including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- ✓Strong leadership and influencing skills with success in leading high-performing teams
- ✓Strong operational acumen with data-driven decision-making
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally in scaled organizations
- ✓Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ✓Hunter’s mentality with a track record of exceeding quotas
