About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join JFrog, a company reinventing DevOps to help global companies innovate. This role involves serving as a technical resource for customer issues and providing analysis/resolution for complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as technical resource for unprecedented customer issues
- →Provide analysis/resolution for multifaceted problems involving JFrog Platform
- →Write custom scripts (Bash, Python, Shell) to automate diagnostics and extract data
- →Analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, and syslogs to solve issues/bottlenecks
- →Use authentication mechanisms (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and reverse proxies (Nginx)
- →Review C# code, debugging and detecting bugs/runtime issues
- →Conduct in-depth analysis of customer logs and system performance data
- →Replicate intricate customer architectures to diagnose/validate solutions
- →Collaborate with customers' senior technical teams
- →Develop troubleshooting methodologies and internal documentation
- →Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
- →Identify trends in customer escalations to develop resources/training
- →Partner with field and success teams for strategic customer accounts
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
- ✓2 years of experience in writing custom scripts (Bash, Python, Shell)
- ✓Experience analyzing log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, and syslogs
- ✓Experience using authentication mechanisms (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
- ✓Experience with reverse proxies (Nginx) and Apache products (HTTPD/Tomcat)
- ✓Experience reviewing C# code, debugging, and detecting bugs/runtime issues
