About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to channel reach growth. This role involves managing media roll-out for campaigns and overseeing marketing for sustenance shows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support show marketing lead in creating and executing media plans
- →Position creative promos for respective shows
- →Identify opportunities and red flag issues based on trends
- →Collaborate with internal teams including Digital, OAP, Graphics, Content, PR, Traffic, and Presentation
- →Collaborate with external media, creative, and research agencies
- →Create business presentations for leadership
- →Translate brand/show strategy into marketing plans and communication
- →Work with research team to build consumer learnings
- →Track market trends, consumer evolution, and competitor activities
- →Collaborate with Programming, Communication, Consumer Insights, Media Planning, Central, Social Listening, Legal, Sales, and Distribution teams
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience from TV, OTT, or advertising agency
- ✓Postgraduate qualification required
- ✓Passion for understanding consumer behavior and transforming insights into marketing briefs
- ✓Experience with 360-degree marketing plans across TV, Print, Radio, Digital, on-ground, and PR
- ✓Keen interest in general entertainment category including fiction shows, talent shows, and events
- ✓Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media is a plus
- ✓Basic knowledge of TV viewership data and its application to marketing is a plus
