About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Director - Key Accounts, Influencer Marketing to lead the conversion and growth of national brand accounts for influencer marketing campaigns. This role will act as the primary strategic partner and commercial owner for clients, building and executing strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and share of wallet across the brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop annual and quarterly strategic account plans per national brand, with clear revenue, margin, and penetration targets by category and campaign type
- →Identify, build, and pitch scalable influencer packages mapped to brand/category growth priorities
- →Translate client brand/category strategies into influencer marketing roadmaps for each national brand
- →Work with internal influencer/creator teams to curate the right mix of creators for national deals
- →Lead commercial and legal negotiations with national brands
Requirements
- ✓Strong sales & brand solutions expertise with a proven track record in media sales, brand solutions, or integrated marketing roles
- ✓Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including digital advertising formats, platforms, ad-tech, and campaign workflows
- ✓Strong client relationships & negotiation expertise
- ✓Understanding of influencer marketing domain, including workflows, creator selection, campaign planning, execution, measurement, and pricing models
- ✓Masters in business administration with 8+ years of work experience in a related field
- ✓Strong experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in the media industry
