About the Role
The Content Marketing Apprentice will support end-to-end execution of content marketing initiatives across talent coordination, on-ground activations, PR, and vendor management. This role involves hands-on operational and logistical support to ensure smooth, timely delivery of campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with talent management by coordinating with artists, agencies, and internal teams
- →Support planning and execution of on-ground activations and events, including operational and logistical coordination
- →Coordinate with vendors on timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- →Support PR initiatives by managing media lists, tracking coverage, and coordinating with PR partners
- →Manage day-to-day coordination, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely and smooth execution across activities
Requirements
- ✓Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with artists, agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- ✓Vendor management capabilities, including timeline tracking, deliverable follow-ups, and basic negotiation support
- ✓Clear verbal and written communication skills, suited for fast-paced entertainment and content-driven environments
- ✓Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- ✓Strong interest in entertainment and reality shows, with an instinctive understanding of pop culture and audience trends
- ✓Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or related fields
- ✓Avid reality show viewers with a strong interest in entertainment
- ✓Smart, proactive, and Gen Z–minded, with strong communication and coordination skills
