About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the Viewer Experience (VX) organization at JioHotstar. This role involves building sophisticated models to generate deep user insights and enhance our understanding of platform users. The work will focus on delivering hyper-personalized content and highly relevant advertisements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- →Design, develop, and deploy statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics
- →Integrate machine learning models into production systems to deliver real-time insights
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deploy end-to-end solutions
- →Continuously evaluate and improve data quality and model performance
- →Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate algorithmic improvements
- →Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI
- →Present findings and business impact of data science initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in data science and machine learning
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant data science libraries
- ✓Expertise in building and deploying machine learning models into production systems
- ✓Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms
- ✓Deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques
- ✓Comfortable leveraging LLMs and internals
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills to translate business problems into data science solutions
- ✓Preferred education and experience
- ✓Bachelors/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field with 2-5 years of experience in data science/machine learning
