About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Key Account Manager to join the GCS (Growth & Customer Sales) team at JioStar. This role focuses on managing client relationships and driving revenue growth in the digital advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and grow revenue from a defined portfolio of GCS accounts across digital advertising solutions
- →Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- →Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client objectives and campaign outcomes
- →Own pipeline hygiene, forecasts, and internal tracking; flag risks and gaps proactively
- →Work closely with campaign execution, product, analytics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- →Track trends across the Indian digital advertising ecosystem, including formats, platforms, and performance benchmarks
- →Support campaign planning, proposals, and post-campaign reviews with actionable insights
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem — media planning, buying, performance metrics, and client KPIs
- ✓Solid relationship management and client-handling skills
- ✓Commercial mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- ✓Clear communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- ✓6-8 years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or performance advertising
- ✓Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering against revenue targets
- ✓Familiarity with ad tech platforms, reporting tools, and campaign optimisation frameworks is a plus.
