The role will focus on strengthening employee engagement, supporting managers with day-to-day people advisory, and ensuring effective communication and implementation of HR programs. This position will work closely with business and the central HR team to provide timely support, maintain continuity in HR engagement, and ensure a positive employee experience. The HRBP will also help identify people-related trends and share insights that support informed decision-making within the business.</span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The team is responsible for delivering data-driven viewership insights for Star Vijay, Vijay Super, and Tamil portfolio channels. Key responsibilities include analyzing YUMI and RLD data to identify audience trends, regional patterns, and growth opportunities; leveraging BI tools to build viewership and research dashboards; developing AI-driven tools for advanced analysis and movie scheduling automation; and preparing actionable reports and presentations for internal teams, finance, commercial stakeholders, and production partners. Key Responsibilities :
β’ Manager and Employee Support : Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees for people-related guidance, helping address concerns and directing them to the appropriate HR channels when required.
β’ Employee Engagement Support: Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives and activities that promote a positive work environment and strengthen team morale.
β’ Manager Advisory Support: Support managers with basic guidance on people management topics such as team collaboration, employee feedback, and performance conversations.
β’ Employee Experience: Regularly connect with employees to understand concerns, gather feedback, and share insights with the HR leadership team to improve workplace experience.
β’ Support Talent Discussions: Assist in coordinating talent discussions and support managers in identifying development opportunities for team members.
β’ Change and Communication Support: Help communicate HR initiatives and organizational updates to employees and support smooth adoption of any changes within teams.
β’ Workforce Insights: Track basic people metrics and share observations with the HR team to help identify trends related to engagement, attrition, or team dynamics.

Preferred Education & Experience :
Postgraduate in HR with minimum 3 yrs of work exp
