About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team at JioStar, India's largest subscription platform. This role focuses on designing and deploying machine learning models to drive subscription growth through D2C and B2B/partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for data-driven strategies
- →Design, develop, and deploy statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics
- →Integrate machine learning models into production systems for real-time insights
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy end-to-end solutions
- →Evaluate and improve data quality and model performance
- →Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate algorithmic improvements
- →Stay updated with advancements in data science and AI
- →Present findings and business impact to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in data science and machine learning
- ✓Experience building and tuning supervised models
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries
- ✓Expertise in building and deploying machine learning models
- ✓Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms
- ✓Deep understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- ✓Comfortable leveraging LLMs
- ✓Strong product intuition to translate business goals into data science solutions
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Preferred education and experience
- ✓Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 9+ years of experience
