We are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the Harbour Foundations team at Jobber. This role involves managing engineers, developing their skills and careers, and driving the development of technologies that empower internal teams while contributing to customer-facing innovations.

Requirements
- ✓Track record of success as a software engineer with leadership experience
- ✓Strong full-stack technical background, including design and architectural experience
- ✓Deep knowledge and experience in either Ruby On Rails or ReactJS
- ✓Drive to succeed and deliver impactful projects on time
- ✓Experience working in an agile environment
- ✓Effective written and oral communication skills
- ✓Thoughtful and effective approach to performance management
- ✓Experience using developer AI tools like Copilot or Cursor
