About the Role
We are looking for a Contact Center Product Owner to join our team in the United States. This role involves shaping and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the contact center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, technical leads, vendors, and stakeholders
- →Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- →Translate business objectives into epics and user stories
- →Monitor delivery timelines, resolve defects, and track progress against product goals
- →Leverage analytics, market research, and customer feedback to guide product decisions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
- ✓Experience with contact center technologies such as Genesys Cloud or other CRM platforms
- ✓Proficiency in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and following the development process
- ✓Strong independent prioritization skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
