About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and optimize cross-functional engineering teams in Saudi Arabia. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in a product company with cross-departmental collaboration
- ✓3+ years as Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, or Head of Engineering
- ✓3+ years as a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack development experience
- ✓2+ years managing managers and leading high-performing teams
- ✓Experience with Agile, DevOps, and software development lifecycle
- ✓Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and highly available backend systems
- ✓Experience implementing performance metrics
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to lead remote teams
- ✓Technical expertise in system design, backend, frontend, and databases
