Accountabilities: • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for integrations, APIs, and embedded solutions, balancing partner needs, developer experience, and business objectives. • Conduct discovery with partners and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and integration requirements. • Translate business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and success metrics. • Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver new integrations and feature enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. • Monitor and analyze integration performance, adoption metrics, and feedback to inform product iterations and continuous improvement. • Serve as the advocate for integration partners and developers, identifying gaps, improving documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including partnerships, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment and smooth product delivery.Requirements: • 4–6+ years of product management experience with a focus on APIs, integrations, or technical product areas. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business requirements. • Experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding technical architectures, APIs, and integration workflows. • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or similar tools to drive product decisions and measure success. • Familiarity with agile product development processes and iterative software delivery. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to convey product vision and trade-offs to engineers, executives, and external partners. • Customer-centric mindset, with experience conducting user research and advocating for customer needs. • Bonus: technical background or experience in revenue management, pricing, or hospitality technology.Benefits: • Competitive base salary with cash bonus potential and equity. • Estimated OTE: $150,000–$175,000/year. • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for U.S. employees. • Fidelity 401(k) plan available for U.S. employees. • Unlimited PTO and flexible work arrangements. • Opportunity to shape integrations strategy in a fast-growing SaaS company with high visibility and impact.
