About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role involves shaping a design-driven product organization and leading design initiatives from discovery to post-launch analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research through delivery and post-launch analysis
- →Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions
- →Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams and generate ideas
- →Design user-centered solutions that balance user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility
- →Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows
- →Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or B2B SaaS
- ✓Experience designing for multiple devices with a focus on usability
- ✓Deep expertise in design thinking methodologies
- ✓Strong user research, storytelling, and service blueprinting skills
- ✓Excellent visual, interaction, and interface design capabilities
- ✓High proficiency with Figma
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously
- ✓Experience in agile product development environments
- ✓Strong empathy for users and their workflows
- ✓Vibecoding experience is a plus
