Project Management
β’ Lead end-to-end technical project delivery: scoping, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover
β’ Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external vendors
β’ Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, risk registers, and progress updates
β’ Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to ensure execution within scope, schedule, and budget
β’ Support CAPEX planning and business case development with detailed engineering input
β’ Coordinate multi-site and cross-functional projects, including engaging global factory teams for alignment and knowledge transferTechnical Engineering & Operations
β’ Lead troubleshooting of packing line issues β mechanical, electrical, and process-related β during both startup and steady-state operations
β’ Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
β’ Manage and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
β’ Liaise with equipment suppliers for technical support, spare parts management, and warranty resolution
β’ Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards across all technical activities
β’ Act as a shared global technical resource: provide remote or on-site engineering support to other factories within the group as requiredAutomation & Continuous Improvement
β’ Drive automation initiatives to improve line efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance process reliability
β’ Implement and optimise machine automation including sensors, controls, and PLC logic adjustments at a troubleshooting level
β’ Evaluate opportunities for automation in material handling, inline inspection, and end-of-line operations
β’ Work with automation partners and vendors on integration, testing, and commissioning of new systems
β’ Support development of digital monitoring tools such as OEE dashboards and machine data collection platforms
β’ Provide structured training to operators and technicians on new equipment and automation systemsEquipment Scope β Required Hands-On Exposure

β’ Vertical / horizontal form-fill-seal (VFFS / HFFS) machines for sticks and sachets
