π― WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Joko, we value ownership and impact. As our Brand Content Manager, you will become a driving force behind our brand content strategy and help transform our brand DNA into compelling assets across push, email, ads, and social. Reporting to Luisa [Upgrade to PRO to see link] Head of Brand & Communication, and working closely with Lilly [Upgrade to PRO to see link] our other Brand Content Manager, youβll play a central role in ensuring the Joko brand shines consistently and creatively across all channels.
- Brand content creation & direction: Be the creative guardian of the Joko brand across all formats (push, email, social, ads...). Translate our brand platform into inspiring guidelines and bring them to life in our day-to-day assets. Lead brainstorming sessions and push creative boundaries across formats and campaigns. Review creative output and ensure top-quality, impactful, and brand-aligned delivery.
- Content request management: Own the content request pipeline (intake, prioritization, and planning). Expertly leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, enhance creative workflows, and scale production while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (B2B teams, Campaign & Merchandising team...) to clarify briefs in order to deliver high-quality content. Scope deliverables and timelines based on team bandwidth and campaign urgency, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the content production process.
- Creative production coordination: Brief designers and writers clearly, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives. Act as a bridge between teams to make sure content creators get the right inputs and business teams get the right output. Provide feedback and iterate collaboratively to achieve high-quality content, and inspire the team while pushing their design skills to a higher level.
- Distribution & performance tracking: Ensure the right content lands on the right channels at the right time. Maintain a central repository of final assets (Notion, Airtable, Customer.io, etc.). Track performance (engagement, CTRs, brand impact, team efficiency...) and identify improvement opportunities.
π WHO WEβRE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 5+ years experience in content/brand marketing roles (agency or startup a plus).
- Creative mindset: A strong creative mindsetβfrom conception to execution, youβre both inspiring and hands-on.
- Languages: Fluent French speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
- Tool mastery: Mastery of tools such as Notion, Airtable (or similar CMS), creative software (Figma, Adobe suite), and CRM tools (Braze, Customer.io).
- Strategy & execution: Experience developing content strategies aligned with brand and business goals and creative design.
- Coordination: Skilled at coordinating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven: Able to independently analyze performance metrics and lead data-informed creative decisions.
- Brand consistency: Strong grasp of brand storytelling and consistency.
- Bonus: Solid understanding of e-commerce market trends and ability to make content resonate with Gen Z and Millennials.
- Another bonus: Experience in copywriting and content creation across different formats.

π€ OUR HIRING PROCESS
1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or a recruiter.
2. Step 1 β Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team youβd join, or colleagues from other teams).
3. Step 2 β Role-specific assessments
- For non-tech roles: Take-home case study followed by a 45 min debrief. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to the role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
- For tech roles: Live technical interviews:
- Coding interview + System design interview
- For research internships, an additional round may involve analyzing and presenting a research paper
4. Step 3 β Founders interview (45 min): Conversation with two of our founders.
5. References: Up to five calls with former colleagues or managers.
